My stay at the resort was a mixed bag. On one hand, the beauty of the desert landscape and the spacious, well-designed casitas were absolutely enjoyable. However, I faced significant issues with service and overall guest experience, especially considering the high price I paid. While I appreciated the peaceful environment and enjoyed some of the spa offerings, there were moments that really detracted from my stay. Notably, the inability to get timely assistance with requests was frustrating.
