My stay at the resort was a mixed bag. On one hand, the beauty of the desert landscape and the spacious, well-designed casitas were absolutely enjoyable. However, I faced significant issues with service and overall guest experience, especially considering the high price I paid. While I appreciated the peaceful environment and enjoyed some of the spa offerings, there were moments that really detracted from my stay. Notably, the inability to get timely assistance with requests was frustrating.

My stay at The Boulders in Carefree, Arizona was nothing short of magical. The picturesque setting amidst unique boulders and vibrant desert flora created a stunning backdrop for relaxation. I particularly appreciated the helpful and attentive staff who consistently went above and beyond to enhance my experience. However, it was disappointing to encounter issues with my spa and dining package, leading to unexpected charges upon checkout. Overall, while the beauty and service were outstanding, clarity regarding reservations could be improved.
